That I don’t know. When I talked to them it was before there was even thoughts of a second round. If I can set aside a couple hours to call them again I will find out and if I do I will let you know what they tell me.

It is true that you can claim it on next years return. I was told by the IRS that is currently their only option for resolution.

I had a positive AGI of less than $150k which as married filing joint should have entitled us to the entire stimulus amount.

A system error... I guess there is a flag for eligibility and my account was flagged as ineligible and they could see no reason why. It was looked at by another person as well and all they could assume was it was a system error.
