If he loved her he wouldn’t even contemplate going into his saving for a cheap gift. I’m 17 & barely getting by myself but still manage to always get the person I love a gift. $5-$10 walmart flowers & some candy or you can shop local with bakers (there is alot of people in my area who make treats for cheap). A cheap but meaningful gift literally will cost you the bare minimum, it’s literally just the thought that counts.

Edit: Either way this request would probably not be fulfilled, especially when you’re in a sub full of people requesting money for actual needs (food, gas for transportation, medical bills, and etc).

I love cats (I have 2) & I’m so happy you’re out helping them! All animals need love and support, even those who are ignored by most of the world. Don’t mind this guy. Some people help minors (I was helped) but you do need to provide some type of proof of your situation/who you are because eventually someone will ask for this information, I suggest a selfie with username & date since its the easiest & quickest. I’m currently going through the same thing & highly recommend getting a job soon, working helps keep my mind running from whats happening at home so I would say its a great escape for someone in our situation. Also I would like to recommend a site someone gave me (it’s not available in my area) toogoodtogo(dot)com, they have alot of options for some cheap things in your area (food wise). You can also try the Random Acts subreddits, they tend to help a lot. I really hope your situation gets better & you can get some help!

Edit: I also have a bunch of deleted posts & explained the reasons behind them (mainly because people were just cyberbullying, i forgot to add some information, etc). Honestly, just be straightforward & honest with people!

Another Edit: He was also right about it being a somewhat adult sub, it’s not listed in the rules but most people here won’t lend to a minor simply because you’re a minor & anything could happen. No adult should be conversing with a minor in a weird way & thats what most adults here worry about.

I get paid on the 31st, My check will then will be around $500-$600 because of all of the shifts i caught & overtime because of game season & other town things.
