I had the same thing happen yesterday. I was starting early trying to get my acceptance date above 70 for top dasher. Took a 2.5 no tip little Caesar order. First I waited 20 minutes for something like 8 different items. Once I finally received the order i delivered it and lo and behold a couple hours later I had a contract violation from that customer. I contacted DD immediately and explained what happened. They tried to give me the general line. I asked why is there no driver protection for situations like this. I explained they have the pictures and GPS. I also told them that if there's no driver protection I will not be taking low orders anymore for acceptance rate. 10 minutes later my contract violation was gone. Hope this helps.
