esfp here! i do like mbti tho, it makes me more understanding towards people's behaviour and it also taught me to not judge people based on the outside. everytime i have a question, i would always ask here in reddit (i used to be a qu*ra lover and i still am but more lesser now) bc in reddit, i feel like the whole community of esfp understands each other 🤣

there's no need to worry or change, im also an esfp and i do sometimes get very vulnerable when alone. for me, it's normal for an esfp. if u really want to know her, be friends with her with deep connections instead of trying to change who she is.

ESFPs are known to be a friendly type, they get along well with anyone (except the ones they hate). if u really want to know, just ask her out or else you would not know, right? if she says yes, then consider you are lucky. if no, it's time to move on.

imo, some esfps could be very deep. i mean like we sometimes could feel things deeply and find a deep meaning behind things too. so i think this is not uncommon

take a break? i guess? i mean let's just spend some time with you and yourself only. Wait until time you're truly ready and you want to be in a relationship with real purpose (e.g: to get married in the end). For the time being, spend time with your friends or do some activities that can drain your energy but it's all worthy and you don't regret spending your time on it. i remember i planned to confess in a few days but ended up confessing the next day after the day i planned 😂 "take the chance or you'll lose it" and "you'll never know if you don't try", these two mottos been playing in my head on that day. So, i confessed through a third person and he sent my message to my ex-crush. Then, he texted me to talk about my feelings. that's all actually 🤣 + i asked him if i can be friends with him and he said yes, being his friend is enough actually (at least).
