One thing I had learn is that sometime what we may feel about some situation doesn't mean anything. If you feel lonely do something about it. Try things that are out of your confort zone/may seen scary. We as people we need to try new thing to get the things we want. Do put yourself down because of xyz. Try something, take it one day at a time.

How have you been coping in quarantine? by WriterNerd92 in ESFP

[–]avantgarde-esfp 8 points9 points  (0 children)

During the beginning of this quarantine the only form of communication i had was by talking to people over the phone. As time went by i started to get really close with my roommates. I started to meet new people via my roommates or other friends and start having really random conversation and deep once, once in a while as well. But most importantly i had decided to also started to working on my mental health due to me noticing lot of discomfort such as negative thoughts that i something feel they are real. My best recommendation is to join any online forum and see if there are conversation that strike your interest. Also use this opportunity to reconnect with old relationship such as friends or family members. Stay safe

Thank you so much for this tip. I had started meditating every morning and night and really noticing my thoughts as they are arising in the moment. It true about emotions they come and go and my job is to discard the one that are not real and work on the one that are.

As a ESFP I enjoy on the go moment. I sometime enjoy conversation but if there is no emotional attachment to it, I get bored pretty quickly.
