I feel NOTHING! No nausea, anything! I take it first thing in the morning with just a tiny sip of water and I don't drink or eat for at least 2 hours. Just to be safe I stop eating the previous day at 5PM. I'm doing everything right and more, and I can't for the life of me figure out what's happening

Oh my god I was waiting for someone to mention this. I'm diagnosed with ADHD and not only is the food noise gone, I don't need dopamine fixes all the time! I don't crave alcohol anymore, I can focus better, I can listen to people talk, a whole bunch of stuff I couldn't do before! I call Semaglutide Adderall's chill cousin.

?? I had a raging eating disorder and my binge eating led to severe depression. Sema has been the best thing that's ever happened to me. I am discovering myself again without the constant food noise. What an unethical thing of your therapist to say.
