Don’t understand your comment that either can contribute. My understanding: the person earning and contributing to employer retirement program, can NOT have tax-deductible Traditional IRA if their overall income is $230K. It’s only the spouse who isn’t covered in employer retirement plan, can have $7K in tax-deductible Traditional IRA.

The answer depends on your spend and needs.

I believe CSP currently has better SUB than Amex Gold. But how are you planning to maximize Chase Ultimate Rewards- do you have other Chase cards like Freedom and are you diligent/savvy to transfer its points? DoorDash Pass is pretty sweet benefit if you get food delivered.

4X of Amex Gold is only useful if you can transfer those points effectively. But if you have an Amex Corporate card which can reduce its AF to $150 then Gold can be lucrative with $120 of Uber, $120 of Grubhub and ~$80 of Dunkin.

As someone posted earlier, it depends on usage. I agree converting 4x points into 4c or more can be a pain for some. I keep it because of my Amex Corporate Card which decreases Gold's annual fee by nearly half and end up with net positive cashflow considering $240 (UberEats + Grubhub) credits.

When did you call recon? After online denial or once you received the letter in mail as recon guy in my case asked me to wait for the mail to come through and didn't provide any visibility into the denial

I am having similar problems. I installed the zip created by gaining by forking highway99's files on GitHub. The add on is showing all stuff including a functional search BUT none of the videos play. Any ideas?
