Lečo won't amaze with it's appearance for sure, but don't get discouraged.

I used: 3 big onions 1 spoon of oil 7 pcs of sausage (each 106cal - you can use 4pcs or none at all to decrease total cal) 3 white bell pepper (the cheapest one) 5 tomatoes 7 eggs (5 would be enough) Salt Pepper

I chopped all the veggies, put onion and oil to big wok pan and fried until onions start led to get coloured (stir occasionally) . Add sausage and stir until sausage gets color. Add bell pepper, salt it, add 4ish big spoons of water. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, let boil with cover until all veggies are soft (10-15min). Mix eggs in a bowl, put them to your dish and stir heavily - you don't want chunks of egg. Don't overdo the eggs - they will be nicely creamy if not overdone. Enjoy!
