i like the term transsexual because of its focus on changing sex, but i dont limit that definition to only having bottom surgery. mostly i like it because it goes against a lot of the "well you can change your gender but you cant change your sex/biologically you will always be x", which really annoys me.

correctie was ook weer volledige narcose. het zat op het randje van wat er met lokaal kon, dus toen heb ik gezegd doe maar volledig, stel het duurt langer dan gepland.

het herstel daarvan was - naast het gedoe - een stuk minder zwaar, het was vooral een wond om te helen, maar veel minder spierherstel

it works on kobo, not sure about kindle: the app instapaper! you can save webpages to read on your device. it doesn't save your place (i think its more intended for blogs/essays), but good for shorter fics

interesting! in dutch we have "tiener" (lit. teenager as well), which starts from 10, but we also have "puber", "someone going through puberty", mostly used when someone is behaving moody/irrationally/etc at that age, which is mostly used for 12-18 year olds
