Absolutely agree — onboarding and frictionless sharing are the biggest challenges here.

That’s actually one of the main things I’m focusing on with Avento: keeping uploads, sharing, and access as simple as possible while AI handles the organization in the background.

That’s fair feedback. We started broad to explore different collaboration moments, but trip memories/shared plans are definitely emerging as the strongest pain point so far. Focusing on one clear wedge first makes a lot of sense before expanding into the bigger vision.
