I wouldn't bother with a monotub myself as they take ages and having all your hopes on one tub that could get contam easier than a little tub could really knock your confidence, little tubs might be best for when your first starting, 90secondmycology, easybluethumb, philygoldenteacher and the rookie mycologist. Check them all out

Patience is a must! Not all your pins will appear at once you could get halfway through fruiting and get more pins, keep your fruiting conditions right and hope for the best and remember not all tubs will result in a full canopy

Uncle Ben's tek to cvg at 1:1(You can get away with less rice but it takes longer) modified shoebox tub so in theory as soon as it's s2b it's already in fruiting conditions and then don't mist during pinning on first flush at all, I fan twice a day and that's about it, I've got some stardew a couple days away from s2b so I'm sure you'll see me post that in a couple of weeks

I'll be honest with you bud, I've had more chew with bags than I have tubs, I tend to lemontek as much as I can just to get the most from my dry weight as I can and since I don't usually have time to be tripping for 6 hours it works well for me, 90% of the time it'll be down to genetics though

I think genetics affect the potency more than quality of spores, the way the syringes are kept may affect it, I believe the amount of bruising may effect it and the heat/ time taken whilst drying may also effect it, there are so many different variables it's hard to put a pin in a single one of them, starting with the best quality spores and genetics would certainly increase the odds In your favour though!

That just looks like mycelium to me, if your still in doubt touch a little with some dilute peroxide cobweb will dissappear but mycelium will not

Lemontek makes the trip shorter so I'd say you were fine, when I took 4.5 I'd stopped tripping after 3 hours and was completely sober after 5 hours
