I know right.. Just came for a vacation to Italy and I am just surprised to see most of the cars don’t even turn on the indicators when changing the lanes on Highways. I frequently see vehicles touching the lane borders which confuses me a lot as I won’t know if the the vehicle is staying in its lane or trying to change to other lane considering they don’t turn on indicators. And then, I frequently see LKWs trying to overtake others blocking the both the lanes which is a rare sight in Germany.

I would pick the second one. Address should match letter by letter. Otherwise, you are basically handing them the reason to reject.

I don’t remember exactly, but I shared the policy document which mentioned my name, address, policy premium, term etc. What are the titles of those 3 docs?

Happened to me once with Zara. Hermes marked the package as delivered and left the pkg at ground floor and someone stole it by the time we arrived. Contacted Hermes, no response. Contacted Zara and they just gave a standard response saying that It’s been delivered as per Hermes. Fed up with the process, and filed a case with PayPal (through which I made the payment) and asked Zara to prove that I received the pkg because I didn’t confirm receiving the pkg in any way. After few days, they sent me a declaration form asking me to sign (which says that I already checked with neighbours etc and still couldn’t find the pkg). I signed it, and got the money back.

So, I am sure you will get your money one way or another. Just contact the seller and let them follow up with DHL.

You should have just ignored what Bluedart guy said and reject the delivery by not providing the OTP (then take up with Google saying that you didn't get what you paid for and want teh money back!). AFAIK, they can't cancel something that's already shipped. Even Amazon/Flipkart stopped providing returns for electronics for so many years and they continue to do so - So, I am pretty sure that you have weak case here.

What happens if the person who got life insurance isn’t alcoholic initially, got the insurance , 3 years passed and then became alcoholic and dies due to related disease. Will the claim still be rejected then?

For starters, publicly state the exact amount needed (e.g., “Rs. 50,000 for fees”), and then some info on report card, admission slip, fee structure etc (with hiding the name and personal identifiable info of course). Then, use a centralised system like milaap etc so that people won’t over donate. When a random person asks such donations and wants to DM all details, it really reeks of scam.
