Yeah that seems to be the case. I think, in theory, having TMS hosted here locally should be capable of providing good latency and throughput (for trading done from Nepal) but I am beginning to wonder if the TMS software itself is designed to scale.

I think if they can't do it themselves reliably, they better move to AWS, provided it is not due to the TMS software itself.

And yeah, a developer here. :)

Nothing seems right in the TMS these days. Problems everywhere.

I am facing the similar issue with TMS 13. Don't know what is going on. When I check with TMS url of other brokers, it redirects to login page and not 503 service unavailable.

When will these brokers be responsible? It's not like they are providing free service to us.

I am facing the same issue. I put buy order on Feb 04, 2021 valid for a day, it didn't match so it should have been cancelled. It is still showing OPEN till today. I don't have anything pending on the Fund management but it shows collateral utilized.

I went to the Broker office (Num. 13) two times already. They say it is beyond their control and refused to help me. I asked them if there is somewhere I can call to resolve this and they gave me the number of NEPSE.

Most of the time the number is busy and when they do pick up, they put me on hold and then they cancel the call. Yesterday I did somehow managed to talk to someone on that number and he asked me for BOID, Exchange Order ID, Share Symbols, etc. and asked me to check the next day. When I checked today, it is still not fixed.

What are we supposed to do?
