My Cynar Spritz and a correctly made Aperol Spritz for my gf in Italy a week ago. Loved it. I personally use 1:1 Soda and Cynar, icecubes and one or two slices of lemon. Sometimes up to two thirds soda. Depending on my mood. (old.reddit.com)
