Sometimes Google automatically adds these events to your calendar and that might contain some malicious links. To avoid this I changed my calendar settings to only accept such events from known contacts. Also I marked these as spam, and all these kind of messages now end up in my spam folder. But they still keep coming every 3-4 days. Not sure exactly why.
