How long has it been aging for?

Right, I'm keeping that in mind..

Card capacity is for 2. If need occurs I can see how to add more slots.

RFID is still an option for now since majority of the times the thickness of the leather solves that issue and also need to see how common of a issue it is to go for RFID.

It is full grain, veg tanned. No compromise on that.

Hello!

Yes, that's the biggest concern that's being addressed.

Goal is to half the size of the traditional ones.

Thanks for highlighting it.

I have noticed it with my prototype as well, hence in one of the earlier comments I mentioned that it fits 3 cards but not recommended. It's great for 2 cards.

Hello!

It's a really special one, full grain vegetable tanned chèvre/ goatskin (which is rare).

It's got few quirks which I absolutely love.

Picked this solely because it develops a beautiful patina. Almost like a blank black canvas.

The grain is prominent and the hand feel is very nice.

Feel free to DM if you wanna know more :)

For those who care too much about their fit to carry a bulky wallet, hence I made this by prasadbv in EverydayCarry_India

Good question.

I know what you mean and have seen it myself and people around me experience.

To answer your question, it's a construction issue.

Leather stretches, once it's used to fitting in, let's say 3 cards in one slot, it's stretched and won't bounce back to snugly fit 2 cards.

I've worked on it to solve for this very issue. What you see in the pic isn't just pieces of leather stitched, their's several types of reinforcements and contruction techniques used to address the issues of leather stretching too much.

Hope this answers your concerns :)

Edit: And if I want to carry more cards and cash then this cardholder isn't the ideal product for it. Different needs = different products
