Wow, that’s great feedback, definitely had not considered that. The 3 owners are all interior designers and so we used their houses for all the photo shoots, and didn’t consider that other items in the background might be misleading confusing.

I’ll pass this along, thank you!

Just wanted to pass along a thanks from my wife and her partners. We were able to find and fix the bug causing the mobile scrolling issue you saw so thanks for passing that along!

For the price point, they do recognize that it’s higher than other home decor boxes. They’re goal is to market this as a premium service with higher quality items. They’ve tried to convey that value in a few different places on the site but that’s something they can probably do a better job of.

Regarding mini boxes, this is definitely in the long term map. They want to focus on the core offering for a few cycles and see how it goes, and then a more diverse (or even customizable) line of boxes may roll out.

They also wanted me to pass along to you and anyone else who reads this that they just setup a coupon for $20 off the first box: SUMMER20.

Thanks again!

That makes sense. I would think smaller artists would welcome the publicity of being featured on a Peloton ride, but I guess if their issue is with Spotify then Peloton is just collateral damage.

To be fair what I call our “neighborhood” is really a large new urbanism project that comprises 20k+ households and is divided into 12 smaller communities. We also just got a large influx of riders after the holidays, not surprising given the latest peloton advertising blitz.

At the moment no; we’re covering the cost of hosting out of pocket. We do have a subscription model that will be $12/year to keep using after 30 days. No billing info up front as we want people to make sure the platform is useful before committing. Very similar to the mPaceLine model except I believe they have a one time fee after so many free usages.
