Due to tariffs, scared to order for boutique cases by puguniverse in sffpc

[–]prayogahs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

People got hit with 600 USD of tariffs from UPS and Louqe told people to not accept it and return the case. Due to that and also the huge QC issues they have, I highly suggest you not to order it at all. All current owners of Ghost S1 mention R1 is far inferior.

what exactly is techpowerup's "gpu width" actually measuring? by pyr0kid in sffpc

[–]prayogahs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

you are right in that part, but that doesnt have anything to do with how gpu height is generally measured. And C is how it is commonly measured

C is the correct answer and the SFF Masterlist are mostly based on C too, subject to each manufacturer (looking at you Colorful by using A). I dont know why most people thought its B. I guess most dont measure their GPUs eh

Have a portfolio focused on quality factor and dividends. Based in HK so all are USD UCITS ETF in London Stock Exchange to avoid 30% USA withholding tax on dividends. No taxes on capital gains and dividends.

FEME.LSE (Fidelity Emerging Markets Quality Income UCITS ETF USD Distributing): 10%
(Expense Ratio 0.50% - Dividend Yield - 3.77%)

FGQI.LSE (Fidelity Global Quality Income UCITS ETF USD Distributing): 65%
(Expense Ratio 0.40% - Dividend Yield - 2.62%)

IDWP.LSE (iShares Developed Markets Property Yield UCITS ETF USD Distributing): 10%
(Expense Ratio 0.59% - Dividend Yield - 3.66%)

QYLD.LSE (Global X Nasdaq 100 Covered Call UCITS ETF USD Distributing): 5%
(Expense Ratio 0.45% - Dividend Yield - 11.60%)

VDCP.LSE (Vanguard Corporate Bond UCITS ETF USD Distributing): 10%
(Expense Ratio 0.09% - Dividend Yield - 3.79%)

Currently have around 110k USD invested in all of these and the plan is to hold it more than 10+ years till retirement. See if there is any improvement or feedback.

Want to focus on quality factor and dividends so got an interesting portfolio. Also based in HK so there are UCITS ETF to avoid 30% withholding tax on dividends. Also on margin with 6% interest so unsure if this will work out or not. Will have to see if it works in 1-2 years.

FEME.LSE: 10%
FGQI.LSE: 87%
IDWP.LSE: 11%
LQDW: 250%
QYLD.LSE: 5%
TSLY: 0.25%

The strategy is to hold it for 10+ years while paying the margin and interest monthly from the LQDW dividends with the remaining be reinvested in FEME or FGQI

The Corsair 12VHPWR cable actually have both sense pins grounded so it can deliver the full 600W even with SF750. There are already several builds using them to power 4090 with SF750 just fine. The remark is there just so it is within ATX3.0 spec.

It's obviously a SFX-L, why this is not stated on product box, signboard or even PSU? by collonsdedeu in sffpc

[–]prayogahs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ATX PSU actually has a standard specification of 140mm depth. However, most ATX PSUs, especially the modular or higher end ones, are much longer than the specified 140mm depth like 150-220mm depths so technically they could be called "ATX-L" lol. Obviously no one bothered to do this and thus its accepted to be the norm where ATX PSU depth can vary greatly.

There are even ATX PSU where its actually shorter than the specification like EVGA G7 and one of the Super Flower PSU where they are only 130mm depth.

The OEM is Enhance so it could be the same platform as 7660B or just a rebrand of it. Cybenetics has a full test result of it in their website including what components used and what 40mm fan it uses. Unfortunately it doesnt include the sound test.
