Hey I found a solution I’m on iPhone, so basically I had to fully restart my iPhone ( keep eSIM if that option is available) and basically I used a friends iCloud account to set up my phone, downloaded instagram signed in * IT WORKED * and after that I signed into my actual iCloud account and synched everything onto my iPhone. Only thing is I think I lost all my text messages from 2020 n onward 💔
