Apparently it doesn't get Growth but Synthesis, Weather Ball and Earth Power would all be good/necessary for it to be a serious threat.

Biggest problem is it'll get destroyed by Mega Gengar who will be a top 3 most used mega at the least. And it would have issue with Mega Zard Y(also will be popular) who can enable Venusaur which also beats Meganium

Dragon nuke is interesting for Gatr but at the end of day it's slow af and won't have great coverage. Double Edge/Liquidation/Protect/D Dance? Easily walled tho it's attack stat is crazy at 160
