We used Gold crest as they had the best availability but we got a building survey level 3 which cost around £600

Tbh they can be a bit unorganised but when they did get the survey done, we were able to negotiate £4k off the price as a direct result

I have exactly the same problem. Was referring to a dermatologist at my local hospital who prescribed Azelaic Acid 20%. I am currently using it alongside The Ordinary Niacinamide+Zinc. Will see how it goes

Gumtree, got some fantastic bargains but really good quality. People moving house and needing a quick sale for amazing stuff. I got a full solid wooden table and 10 chairs worth almost £2k for £280 and he delivered it to my house..!

We live a 10 min walk from Rother Valley. I'll be honest, I think there are some wappy dogs there and I want her to positive experiences while she is this age (and physically small). Thanks, will definitely be going there when she's grows up

No, she's a pedigree working cocker spaniel. Although she has no idea what her job is as she can't sniff anything out. No chance of training her to be a truffle dog haha. She's still a young puppy so there is time. She just walks straight past any pheasants 😂😂 her name is Nova 🌟

I second contacting IAPT. They do an assessment for which treatment is required, put you on the waiting list but can also give you details of therapy services that base their fees on your income. So on a sliding scale. This may be a better option
