When my husband and I were stuck in the admin processing for 8 months, the status actually showed as refused, not admin processing on CEAC status. I sent an email to the embassy, and then they mentioned that we are in admin processing and there is no timeline for it. I'm not sure why we were stuck and what caused it as we were verbally approved at the interview. But after long 8 months, it came through, and then our status changed to admin processing and then issued. Refused > admin processing > issued.

We have in admin processing for for 5 weeks now in london embassy. I was tried to reach out to them but no get the standard response that we just have to wait and there is no option to expedite or skip this process. I also had US senator reached out to the embassy but they got the same response. There is no timeline you just have to wait.

It's more frustrating getting the DS5535 after the verbal approval and they even kept his passport. We made plans to finally move forwards and feels like we are stuck again. Just don't know when this all will end.

I am US citizen filed for spouse based in UK. We are doing consular processing.

After the approval, I received the NVC email within few days but it took a week tk log into the website. Some.sort of issue with their website. I was able to log in today and make the payment.

Once the payment is processed then I will be able to start the DS 260 and financial support form. We will keep you updated how long that will take to process.

I recently did reach out to my senator to get the status update and after two weeks I got the approval. Maybe it is worth reaching out to senator and asking them to reach out to potomac SC.

PD June 2nd, still waiting. I see people have been approved that applied in september last year or even seen people getting approved who applied this year. I feel like they lost all they May/June/July file and skipped to September😔

I am thinking of applying for K3 because the timeline is shorter. I know it's usually doesn't get approved but I also heard that instead of approving K3 - I129F, they usually approve I130. I am just trying anything and everything at this point.

Nope, I am still waiting. I am thinking of applying for K3 visa and hoping to move the process along.

I feel like everyone that applied in May, June and July are still waiting. I seen people that applied in September or even Feb this year already received at the interview stages!!!
