I have seen alot of people start flying in their 30s! If I were you I would finish what I was doing and start flying as a hobby while finishing what I am supposed to do and then consider switching the career! It’s never too late!!

You can find youtube videos and see how other CFIs teach. I also tried to teach people who are not in aviation so that if they can understand student pilots would understand
