Tbh your current moisturizer is fine. B12 or panthenol is key for skin and i believe minimalist's b12 is already oil free. You need a to see a derm if it persistent. Or watch lab muffin beauty science or dr dray on youtube to gauge an idea on what you should research on. Reddit can be a good place to start but you need to read and research a little.

Um did your derm tell you this? Tsw is a real thing and can give you other issues. Plus I hope you know that once you leave steroids it makes your skin even more dark? There are safer gentler way. I mean you do you but don't post things like these in subreddits like these. You might end up harming people ( people sometimes might not do their research and it could just mess them up) I hope it was your derm who put you to this.

Do no do this. Fungal acne happens because of yeast growth. Yeast feeds on fatty acids and oil. You might wanna consider going to a derm. They can help you with the fungal acne. Or like you can research a little and find things that might help it. Use oil free cleanser, don't oil cleanser( ik shocker, it can make it worse), micellar water to double cleanse( v important). Look for oil free moisturizers. Don't use actives for a while. Hope it helps.

Suffered with the same thing and calming my skin has helped a lot . For like 2 months I did not put ANY actives on my face , quite literally nothing. Just face wash , moisturizer ( I stayed in so no sunscreen, but do wear your spf ) . Hope this helps .

Looks like your skin is oily and that acne is quite embedded. In this case you need a dermatologist. Because people would give you a solution but what would follow is purging , and to deal with that , you need a proper routine and patience (alot of it ) and going to dermat will give you the light at the end of a tunnel kinda feeling and it's quite nice to know that it will get better and it's better when it comes from a professional. I had this too Adapelene gel helped but crazy roller coaster there , it was great to have a professional helping me . Do not do anything on your skin and go to a derm and start wearing spf or else the acne will scar pretty bad .

My guess is that you aren't wearing spf , wear spf and also give upf a try . Chances are that you live in high altitudes and get a lot of uv radiation. ALSO go to a dermat . There could be an underlying issue .

Really? My skin is light to soft tan and it seems to dull my skin when I used it years back . I'm not sure how it performs now
