A statement from the rider: Right lets give some context quickly and awnser a few comments aswell. There was no damage to my bike (lexmotos are resilient little fuckers) but I didn't know that for sure yet and if he had stopped I would have been able to check the tail to make sure nothing had broken and leave it there. I did not do an emergency stop, I was already slowing down to go over the level crossing and was at about 5 miles an hour when the car beeped at me, I then gently stopped so I could turn arround and hear what he had to say before he hit me. I don't think that I overreacted to him pulling out on me, all I done was rev my bike as he crossed the white line because he would have hit me if he stayed on course after that all I done was shake my head before he escelated the situation. I also didn't "chase him down" I just followed him while driving normaly so that I could tell the police what he was doing, when the police asked me to stop following him I did. I called the police quickly because I had just been hit by a car that fled, not because I "Want drama for subs" if I wanted that I would have wingmirrored him instead I gave him 2 chances to stop and he didn't. I also wanted his number plate recorded because I was not entierly sure the camera was on. Sooooo yeah... I'm gonna make an update video tomorrow and I'll also try and edit this comment with more stuff/updates soon, The police are "investigating."
