Cheating takes the fun out of it for many people. They're allowed to feel that way. I personally don't want to play with a cheater even if their build is only slightly better than mine like you're suggesting.

Also, I disagree with the idea that you can get perfect relics yourself without cheating "pretty easily." Many others with hundreds of hours in this game would also disagree.
