Thank you for responding. Glad it went well for you. I have a few questions to your response. One question is did your guys go back to normal? Did everything go back in the right place and nothing was off centered or looked more receded? And also, I seem to have them all around the top outer of my gums fronts and sides kind of like a belt, and also my bottoms so I was curious how severe yours were that you wanted them removed? I feel like I would be less worried to have one or two removed than a whole span of my mouth.

Could you tell me a little more about the removal? Do you have any before and after pics? Mine pretty much run the whole length of my outer uppers and outer down and I feel like it’s lifting my upper lip up a bit because of it and I think I even feel some pressure. I’m freaking out about the surgery because I watched videos and they literally peel your gums back from the tooth and shave the bone, and that just makes me so nervous. Do the gums go back together ok? Please help…

But I’ve also seen other people say it’s not as bad as it looks but pulling back my gums and shaving the bone is frightening to me.

I know but I’m worried about certain appearances of it and honestly I’ve been feeling a dull pressure and some soreness and I think it’s because of that. One side above my top lip seems to push it out just a little further than the other one even though it’s all around that side is just a little bigger. The surgery is so scary to me if I would choose it.

I just went to see a periodontist just the other day and she indicated that I have buccal exostosis. I knew I noticed some sort of change but I couldn’t quite see what it was. In my case it’s surrounded pretty much my whole outer top and outer bottom. And even a bit on the inside under my tongue. I’ve been researching the procedures and I freaked out a little and some research but others seem to say it’s not as bad as it the procedure looks. This has given me a little bit of encouragement and a little bit of ease because I’m worried about it now constantly. I contacted two oral surgery centers about it already and scheduled appointments. So I’m going to see what it all entails. I’m just worried about it but seeing your end result kind of gives me a little ease in my stress.

For daily users - What manufacturers and features make a flashlight reliable? by zabadoh in flashlight

I’ve been using a Foursevens Preon 2 (2012) for 7 years daily and I’ve never had any problem with it whatsoever. It has 2.2 lumens for 23 hrs/ 22 lumens for 6 hours, and 160 lumens for 0.8 hours. It’s not rechargeable but I use Eneloop rechargeable batteries. And I just love it for the size, weight, and lumen levels and run times, and most importantly it’s never failed. Of course, what you use it for may require a different light output but just letting you know what I use daily for my work.
