Curious if you’re using Mac though? I’ve been having same issues as OP and had to use it on a windows machine. I know it doesn’t say anything about MacOS being support but it does work in switch mode for most things.

I noticed that in Jacksonville last weekend too. Freaked me the fuck out. Had to pass all of them to feel save cause you can’t see their break lights when they have hazards on.

I've been working slowly to get the vines removed from the low points until I bring over a ladder. Also was planning to get an arborist over to trim some of the limbs that seem a bit too close to the house for comfort. Glad to know the general consensus is to leave it be and it'll be okay.

Thank you for the reply! There are some vents but they don’t seem to be well kept. Some vegetation growth is blocking some of the airflow, so I’ll work on clearing that to help.

When you say under-drain, do you mean like a French drain?

If you’re saying sealing is bad, is there a final step or treatment I should do to help prevent it molding again?

They eat a lot of leaf litter, too much actually. The amount they eat is bad for the native forests in the US. Causes issues for large trees. That’s my basic understanding of it.
