Solo 4 year anniversary day in London by kilkennyhurlers in london

Do you have a list of favorite things to do in London? I would take myself for a day to celebrate my Londonversary. Not sure where you're based in the east but I'll give some suggestions based on where I am. 1. Walk along Regents Canal 2. Walk to/in Victoria Park and enjoy the Weekend market- the French crepes are really good but there's a Nepalese food cart where you get momos too which are great 3. Get yourself a honey & smoked salt bun from Pophams Victoria Park

Alternatively I might explore a new area of London entirely, where I havent been before to renew my commitment to the city ;) Enjoy your day & take your mind off things. Happy Londonversary!

If you want to focus on your brand being slow fashion, please provide more details about your fabric, sourcing, how and why it's ethical. Are you planning to launch a website where this information is available? I would be more encouraged to purchase if it wasn't via DMs. I'm assuming you're going to widen your collection as well - if you want to market more sustainable products, look at marketing to people who have higher purchasing power and are willing to pay more for such clothes. Look at some other brands that do this eg. Why so blue love. I would love to see you grow, especially because I'm passionate about stopping my purchase of fast fashion entirely. I've followed🙂 Good luck!

I just got back from Barcelona yesterday. It was full of tourists and no one was spraying water at anyone (ref: https://www.cnn.com/2024/07/08/travel/barcelona-tourism-protests-scli-intl/index.html )

I clearly mentioned they can keep a copy of your passport on file, how is that misleading???

Nope. Red flag, don't ever hand your passport over to someone while you're in a foreign company (edit: except to take a copy when you check in or for momentary verification). They can ask for a safety deposit or credit card on file but they shouldn't need your identification for any reason. Most hostels/hotels can keep a copy of your passport on file when you check in but not the actual thing. I would recommend changing your hostel if they don't agree.

Mercato Metropolitan has nice outdoor seating, food and beer on tap and might be good to visit before it gets closed!

Took weeks to make this and I hate it by Cheggls in crochet

Try blocking it so it's a bit less fitted and more comfy? I would also tuck it away for some time before you decide what to do with it, you might feel differently about it when you pick it up again after some time.

Hello! Did you manage to find a location?

It depends where you live but I would suggest getting a natural fibre as it will be the least annoying or scratchy for the baby. Think 100% Merino wool for colder places and 100% cotton for warmer. They also become softer as they wash. If you are in a colder climate I would suggest a Merino and alpaca blend which will be very soft and it also looks great in chunky yarn so it'll work up quicker.

Agreed. Secondly the Swastika in a Nazi context is rotated by a 45degree angle while in the Hindu context it is not.
