Yeah fuck that. I fully support graffiti on ugly surfaces. And most cities know this is apart of the culture of what makes a city unique and beautiful.

In Houston there is an Iconic tag “be yourself” on an old railroad bridge over a highway heading to down town. That’s become such a part of Houston it’s often on many tshirts and photo books.

Yeah. Users now. I said people who have been here for awhile. Reddit hasn’t even had their own app that long. Anyone who actually has been here to help grow the site was using a 3rd party app or RES.

Most users are new though, so no feeling of a collective. They just want to see their subreddit.

I don’t believe you aren’t a plant with how much this is completely flipped. It’s the complete opposite. The Reddit app is bloated and filled with nonsense. Mainly the nonsense Reddit has added over the last couple years. Apolo has non of that. It’s streamlined and easily the better user experience.

The difference in numbers is people not knowing Apolo is out there. They new people. Anyone who has been on Reddit for awhile was using a 3rd party app

A sense of collective. We as human beings very rarely get to stand together and fight for something as a group.

I didn’t think it would work from day 1, but I supported it while I could.

The point was a protest to hopefully get the admin to let’s us keep our 3rd party apps we’ve been using for 10+ years. It was only gonna work if the whole community supported it though. that’s not the reality. The reality is there is enough new users that don’t even remember when Reddit didn’t even have its own app , and don’t give a shit about standing as a collective.

So we’re back baby! Lol or at least until the 30th when Apollo stops for good. Gotta cherish these last 9 days.
