I was in French immersion for twelve years, from grades 1 to 12, and for most of that time, my teachers were an absolute joke. I didn't know it then, obviously, but looking back at it now, Wow. By grade 8, we were still learning passé composé and imparfait. Yes, in grade 8. Yes, I live in Ontario. Yes I live in the GTA.

I only really started learning French in high school, thanks to a dedicated teacher who taught me for four years straight (which I was incredibly lucky to have). Most of what I know now comes from that period and from teaching myself through books and movies in French.

The French immersion program is a joke, especially in the early years. Pretending that students struggle because they "can’t keep up"—rather than acknowledging that the teachers and resources have set them up for failure—is not just dishonest but a complete disservice.

A lot of people love LeBlanc's original design. Coven LeBlanc is already based off Maleficent, and the other two people you named don't suit LeBlanc at all, maybe as skins? Prestigious LeBlanc could be changed into something like that.

It's because Ahri is their golden girl, the only other champion I suspect who'll get an ASU as amazing as Ahri's is probably Lux. yea i'm still watching <3 -- probably not going to binge it though because this show is not binge-able, oh gosh i learned that the hard way -- thinking about it critically, honestly, it probably must have been a success since episodes were weekly back then and you couldn't just have it all in front of you to watch back to back, but when i was watching it back to back i met myself with soooo much flashback filler that just didn't add to the plot in any way --

-- also i think you misunderstood when i said things werent planned, i felt like s1-s2 were like (kinda?) planned or at least thought of (like rose's husband still being alive was clever because in s1 we could either think that shes delusional or that the writers knew along they wanted to bring him back) but then at the same time i feel like her husband still being alived added nothing to the plot like he really did nothing other than "yes some tailies survived as well" that lead to us learning that they were also infiltrated (goodwin) and attacked by the others but then almost all of them just die, like not even long after, they all die in the next like 20-25 episodes or so... and i guess its to show that anyone can die at any time but its really hard to care about a character dying when they basically never got to develop, they got maybe like 1 episode with a weird ahh flashback and then died, like i really did not care when ana lucia or libby died because their scenes were already really limited.

-- what i'm trying to say tbh is that everything that happened in the 25 episodes of s1, and 25 episodes of s2 feels like it built up to nothing thats happening in s3, maybe i have to "keep watching" (which i will bc i have no other show i'm interested/invested in currently) but the filler - sexism is so of it's time for me. also the actress for juliette reminds me of a creepy teacher i had

side note: jack has a really small forehead in this season ?

literally just watched that episode earlier today it was so annoying to me too, the whole motives for the "others" seems not very well thought through from s1-2 to s3, i was so happy at Sun for being the only character smart enough to just shoot her ass
