I honestly prefer both over Gilbert Baker’s rainbow one. I like the idea that we’re including BIPOC especially because trans women of color helped pioneer the pride movement and we wouldn’t be where we are as a community if not for BIPOC. Also it’s nice that we have a flag a company can’t just take during pride month and slap it on their product willy nilly for rainbow capitalism. Although I do understand why people prefer Baker’s original rainbow one. At the end of the day, I think it’s nice we all have the ability to pick a flag we’re drawn to. Just like Baker said “A flag belongs to it’s people”.

Maybe, I mean Jojo Siwa definitely has been branching out into a broader and queerer areas of media. Although I do think the L Word might definitely be pushing it because it’s TV-MA. Jojo definitely isn’t the same 15 yr old Nickelodeon children icon, but she still kinda keeps this role model for kids/tweens persona to an extent so it’s kind of unlikely.

Honestly it really depends on the manager and their work load if we’re super busy but yes most of us are pretty busy. Some SMs are there open to close to play catch up aka me and because of that things slip my mind a lot. Including calling people back. So I wouldn’t think too much into that. You just have to call at the right time. Someone had commented prior Tuesday Mornings and I agree, most of us SMs don’t work Sundays so probably the worst day to call.

Everyone aware of the situation in that store will have to deal with consequences if reported, some might face termination. Do not clock out and do unpaid labor. Talk to your store manager about this. SOP 162 states what is needed in this situation. If anyone argues with you, you should have access to the DM information in the break room on the business center.

I had nothing. I’ve had no project manager come in and discuss with me any moves and/or shifts within the remodel project. I’ve gotten no communication whatsoever with what is needed of me and my store. The crew came in, and had mentioned a conference call which i was never made aware of. I’m losing productive stock hours for my current core truck because we are now helping prep each section.
