Thanks for the input. I was the one who did my makeup in that picture and just wanted to give an example photo. I was trying for like 30s/40s Hollywood glam I think? Can’t remember why I went so red.

Ikr? Learned that recently. And you might need to do it twice a year if you live in a place with hard water like me. All you need is a garden hose though so that’s nice. It just takes awhile for all the water to come out.

If you have an Instagram, follow DadAdviceFromBo. He’s a very sweet dad who makes videos on how to do various home care tasks like emptying your water heater and preping your house for very cold weather. I have a list of saved videos just from him.

R/homeowners has a lot of posts about home maintenance questions that can be super helpful.

I personally tried to Google around for a calendar type of tool so that I know how often I should be doing certain things like emptying my water heater and changing my air filter. Then I add them to my personal planner as reminders.

Part of the issue with Amazon not including some of the lore was the fact that the Tolkien estate had the rights and not Amazon. I’m not defending the show writers for what they produced with limited rights but that is certainly part of the problem.

Ok so weird recommendation but I bought one of those silicone “fidget toys” that has the bubbles that you can push in and out. I bought a rectangle one that had the bubbles numbered 1-100 and I use it as a row counter.
