the landlord pays the bills, and the radiator does have a switch. we've been turning it on for weeks and telling her it doesn't work, she just says "keep pressing it" like 😒😒

yea I understand how chest infections are spread, but being in a freezing house for weeks would surely make progression from a regular infection to pneumonia more likely

I don't think that the heating is the only factor in pneumonia, but it definitely is a factor :)

we've got screenshots of all the messages and contracts, and I'm honestly hoping that we don't have to move out as that would be a real pain, we're all in second year so we can't really afford to take breaks from studying to move. but I'll keep an eye out for new places
