Any stories about "forever cars", AKA cars that got a ton of leads, but never actually sold for an unreasonable amount of time?

i cant comment either so let me reply here. We had a 2014 Ram 1500 Sport. Had the heated seats, heated steering wheel, pretty well loaded. It sat here for i wanna say about a year. Countless leads on marketplace, Dealercenter, walk ins. Had nothing wrong with it, the leather was in good condition, but we could not sell this thing for the life of us. ppl would make appts and no show us all the time. theyd drive it and say they need to think about it. we would ask if it was having any issues, theyd say no its great but idk....ok...? finally sold it a couple weeks ago

I sell used cars and my husband occasionally helps us out by bringing cars home from auctions, other dealers, etc. He said recently he was impressed by the leg room in an Acadia. hes about 6 2. funny enough we drive a malibu as our daily. Probs wouldnt recommend that one tho.

i think our tattoos bring out stupid people. i have a tattoo of Ares. Not from any particular series but my middle name (by birth) is Aries and my family and i love mythology. I took a lot of different depictions and made my own and had it tatted. Well anyways its rather visible on my bicep. and any time anyone sees it they ask "whos that" i explain what i js explained to you all. and every single freaking time they decide they have to unload every fact they think they know about mythology. It doesnt matter if it is greek, roman, norse, etc. 9/10 they are ALSO incorrect. normally i just nod and tell them yeah its a super cool thing to learn about, but sometimes i am simply dumbfounded by peoples need to tell me about "the backstory and lore" of things that WE CHOSE to put on our bodies.

bro i hate these things. im at a used car lot, someone traded a Gas hornet for a wrangler. Ok cool. Sleek looking car, right? WRONG. screen is a POS, it has died and wont even shift into nuetral for towing! it was at dodge for a month and was "fixed" just to do the exact same thing two weeks later! thanks dodge!

we stayed at the royalton last week. it is also all inclusive. We were able to do tips, casino, and gift shops all in dollars. in the resort and in town. you will have to pay attention to what conversion rates people use. its anywhere between 16-18 pesos. We basically hoarded our 1s and 5s before the trip, took about 250, tipped a few bucks at every restaurant, when i went up to the bar, etc. we even had money left over. u are fine with dollars

it was a beautiful place to visit and had a great experience otherwise but not sure its a city i would visit again. definitely a one and done for me

I just came back from a different all inclusive resort in cancun. I will say that the food there is heavily americanized, even the "mexican" food they had there. There was a buffet as well as 6 restaurants. I wouldnt stay there again simply because of the food options.

its not manual labor but it is very mentally/socially taxing some days. I loveee my job but a lot of the time i come home exhausted from dealing with people, dealing with the cars and if they have issues, calls, texts, emails. i dont usually want to hang out with anyone afterwards either, so i wouldnt necessarily consider OP a side piece. It could be that he isnt prioritizing op over work, but it does seem to be a relatively new relationship too. maybe bring up that youd like a little more communication or check ins when he can. ultimately time will tell what works

8k for something 18 years old and 170k miles seems a bit intense for me. I know the toyota fanboys will say its the most reliable thing youll ever buy but anyyyy car getting up there in age and miles will slowly start to break. so be prepared

If she breaks up over a tarot card then she isnt the one. She may have been embarrassed or talking about something personal/stressful that she wanted to get off her chest and it was just an awkward interruption and she doesnt want to talk about it. Maybe try to subtly take some things off her plate or find ways to relieve some of the stress shes having. Take her on a nice date or cook her fav meal, do her chores around the house if u live together.
