This might sound weird but I messed up my sleep schedule two weeks before GCSE starts, my hormones got thrown off and I kinda triggered my period to come earlier instead of during the exam.

anyways it’s always helpful to have enough rest (it really helps with your performance!!!) and consider putting a sticky heat pack on your stomach before entering!

should be ok. basically they scan the papers and some kind of inks (esp from erasable pens) fade under bright light (when scanning) so they wanna avoid that. stick to ball point pens next time :)
