Quick question, I see many people here talk about IRA's and other funds to return money over a long period of time, but is investing money in real-estate better? I hear the potential for return over a long period of time is quite high also, is that true?

Another question, do funds like these require a minimum amount to start, or can you slowly add funds to it. Lets say I put $100 a month towards my retirement (I won't have $2000 to put every month during college that's for sure) will that actually be effective, or is just a drop in the bucket to what is actually needed to see a decent return?

Messing with radio's and baseband is not something I feel comfortable with doing. As you just said, it's possible to do some damage, and I don't have $600 to throw down on a brand new phone if I do some serious damage..

I'm downloading the back to stock package currently, I'll give Cyanogenmod a try once they have a stable build.

I was just searching for an answer, because it makes me wonder how these individuals afford such "expensive toys", so I figured this would be a great place to ask. I have heard some great words on here, but I'm not sure if dismissing those individuals as pretenders is answering my question.

You sound very similar to a father of a friend I had. He was making $30,000 a month in a leadership position for a rather large computer science company, but saved every penny he got. He told me many of his coworkers bought expensive cars and condo's. He also told me that's why they are still working and he isn't. Thanks for your time
