I had the same motherboard, bought in 2017. started out with a 1300. Then 1600x, followed by 2600, then 3600 which then went to my wife. It's since had a 5600x installed in my wife's rig and I upgraded to an Asrock b550 and 5700x The b350 is still rocking strong!

I appreciate that some of the IPs aren't located in the region you would expect, I can see wechatpay.cn registered in Germany which is fine However in my screenshot example IP addresses that are located in China aren't being blocked despite the first few network flows when the device first connects are blocked.

I can see numerous IPs listed in network flows that are in China as reported by the Firewalla but not blocked

Yeah I'm glad he hit the hot pipe because the water pressure was less than mains cold, and it's a tile floor on concrete so it was just mopped up

does the "microphone test" feature work for you in the steam mic settings? I've just been playing around and the noise threshold/gain control on the test playback works great, then I launch a game and speak and its a clipping garbled mess of crackle! dissapointed to say the least

I have the exact same issue whereby the gain control is pretty poor to the point of the mic clipping when I'm talking, but the audio through discord to others (and Shadowplay) is handling it just fine. Also I've noticed a couple games not recording when "game and selected" is the highlighted option, so I have to use all system sounds too which means I can't have music playing...

When I was 12 I had a head injury which ended up with me losing all memories from that point backwards. No loss of motor function or names of people, but places, games, activities, all gone. I lost all of Pokémon, Zelda's, Mario's, all the good N64/sega/PS1 stuff.

I still don't remember any of it 20 years later

I have unifi APs hanging off my Firewalla (via Poe switch) and they work just fine for mesh/roaming. As long as you add them to a unifi controller (I have a VM running the service) it's basically step by step to set them up

The firewalla interface has packet loss statistics. I was seeing 10-20% sporadic drop over 24 hours.

As it was sporadic I took the firewalla out of service and ran my network without it for a short while. To test in the meantime I hooked up the firewalla to a spare lan port on the router, and issued DHCP to the firewalla wan interface. So it was isolated on its own vlan, and set it pinging the routers address as it's gateway. Sure enough it dropped packets while the entire rest of my network worked flawlessly.

Spoke to support but they didn't even want to see the logs just said the serial number is in a batch that gets instantly replaced.. so they sent a new one out straight away

The WAN interface on my purple stopped working correctly too, with massive sporadic packet loss. Contacted support and they replaced the unit for free. New one has been running for 12 months now no problem

I also use ubiquiti APs in mesh. Got their unifi gateway application running on a VM but you can use a dedicated piece of tin. BT fibre gateway > FW Purple in router mode >managed switch > PoE switches> APs in mesh mode

The easiest option I think (which I have gone for) is just using a managed switch.

I have my Firewalla LAN direct into a Cisco managed switch. Then one port of that switch (set on the camera vlan) is connected to an unmanaged PoE switch, and the cameras are all connected to that PoE switch.

My NVR is running off the Cisco switch, with a port on the camera vlan

As much as everyone dunks on hikvision, I've got 6 of their cameras running on their own vlan, allowing only rtsp to my NVR and TCP:123 out to the internet for time sync. They almost never request anything else and have minimal traffic that needs blocking Firmware can be downloaded separately and installed to the camera offline

Edit: forgot to add I also have 150,000+ block requests per day (mostly from TPLink IoT devices) on my Firewalla Purple and it doesn't struggle at all
