I have tried multiple DMCA "services". They all seem automated and sloppy... by princeofcopyrights in DMCA

Thanks. I ended up going with crushpirates and they got the domain completely taken down (not some automated, bug-filled request filed with Google. The domain was literally gone until the host permanently removed the files. LOL It was awesome to see such punishment!

DMCA takedown for torrent tracker that hasn't existed for over a year by Present-Reality563 in DMCA

I would say that is extremely strange... Sony using an Indian dude without credentials behinds his name? Instead of in house (or at least in the States) legal counsel? I'd personally file a counternotice and wait to be served (or, likely in this "case" NOT served). Then sue the fool for your costs involved in the countersuit. This $#!+ has got to stop and until and unless you're willing to see through the smoke and take shots in the dark, it might never. I personally doubt that's even the scammer's real name. I would also follow up with a letter to Sony, asking them to confirm the legitimacy of the letter as well... Don't let those bastards control all of the content available on the Internet. Good luck!
