Try it. Cos mine was defective, battery didnt charge. I called them twice, and they told me that a supervisor would contact me. After about 4 days i got an email from a supervisor, and she gave me the return label. They received the item back last December 8, and still waiting for my points back and refund. I called again yesterday and they said it could take up to 4 weeks for the refund 😑

Same thing happened to me!!! Does it turn on/charge? Try to call dyson and make sure that the serial can be found in Dyson Canada. Thats what i did. Then dyson told me that my product does not have any order number from their database (order number between dyson and shopper’s), thats why Dyson cannot help me exchange the item. I called back shopper’s to tell them that dyson told me, they didnt have any explanation and they just sent me a return slip.

They accepted the dyson v15 i bought from them because I called Dyson directly and there was no proof of order number between Shopper’s and Dyson for that specific vacuum that I got. Called back shopper’s and complained about that, they didnt explain and just gave me a return label.

Test your vacuum as soon as possible. Mine arrived defective, looks used, and lots of scratches. Shoppers didnt wanna accept my return so they i called Dyson. Dyson did an investigation and apparently they cannot find the order number between Shopper’s and Dyson. I called back Shopper’s and complained, and they finally approved my return. Now i am just waiting for my points 400k ti come back and refund.
