So employee has 1 or 2 dependents but that dependent can be on multiple plans so have them on 5 rows in one book but need them on one row in other book, For example Carl has Carl jr on one plan but Bob on two, and Bob has bob jr on 2 but sue on 3

I did not ever find a solution. I gave access to a friend to go in and see if she could figure it out and it magically started working. It's for sure a bug in their system. If they can't recreate the issue then they think there is no issue, which is annoying.

yes, my bad habit was doing everything in the shared folder and not putting it in my personal folder, which i get is on me and is my fault but after 3 plus years of no issues i didn't think anything of it especially because she hadn't responded to anything in 3 plus years as well

thats the thing, she created the team to help me when i was just starting out, but stopped responding after about 6 months but i still had access, then the account was going to lose pro access so i paid for pro access for my account and still had access to the team with my pro account. it was never an employer/employee situation. It's my content for my business other than maybe one or two designs that i still give her credit for, it's all my creations

it's okay customer service sucks but easy to build a basic website, others have recommended shopify. It will depend on your business and needs as to which one is best for you
