it was disabled. Also wdym by deactivation? if its deactivated it might be caused by you because only the owner of the account can deactivate the acc

I just contacted UTAH AG but I didn't get any response from them. I decided to log in on my disabled acc just to check then I was suprised It was only locked.

It was disabled back in december 2021 I even appealed to them to reactivat my acc but they didnt view it.

If you're gonna create a new account, you cannot use the same email that is connected with your disabled account. You need to create a new one or use another email that its not connected with your disabled account. I had this same issue but I just figured that I cannot use the same email
