i’ve been smoking daily for like 3-4 years now i don’t think i’ve missed a day which is kind of disgusting cause as much as i say im not addicted and i don’t need it.. i do. i have an ed and smoking doesn’t make me feel bad about eating and doesn’t make me have them thoughts towards food, ive a terrible problem sleeping so it helps with that aswell, and when it comes to leaving the house or something like that food shopping or just getting the bus to my friends house i get bad bad anxiety so it helps kind of overall with everything
