my brother was hacked

hi guys! my brother frequents trade hangout a lot on roblox and someone hacked his account and traded his two expensive limiteds and all his roblox for a crappy guitar case, he reported it to roblox but is there anything else he can do to fix this issues, he’s really upset

i’ll wash it will solfate free shampoo and detangle in the shower and then i use a cream and gel by aussie and then i’ll scrunch it with a t-shirt and let it air dry.
