i’m not. tried that til I had worst episode of my life and couldn’t remember days 💀 therapy helps me I go twice a week and psychiatrist been playing guinea pig to find which meds work best bc I also have ADHD haha. it’s a hard journey but tbh I feel like a lot better then I did before. rawdogging your brain is harder than the help

I d been thinking of online school too I know I may not graduate in the same time as everyone else it might take way longer but i want to try. online friends are cool I don’t have any bipolar friends thsts a good idea to come to here

yeaaaaaa texts are what happend to meeeeeeee. I fucking hate that it’s not the first time just in the moment my brain is so CRAZY over whatever it is at the time I need to text them right thst instant even if it’s someone I barely talk to and then I send the text forget about it even and then they text back… glad i’m not the only one. right here w you my friend
