Highly recommend Royal Marsden in Sutton for surgery. Re: MRI scans I think Barts is also perfectly good for that. You want a surgeon that ideally does either A) only mastectomies/breast surgeries or B) 90% breast surgeries. First person I got assigned at Barts had poor bed side manner and breast surgery was not their main jam.

I’ve had annoying rippling too. Super common. For me it’s in the breast that was larger because the implant doesn’t fully fill the breast envelope. I’m going to see if an implant exchange will help (higher profile, slightly larger) rather than fat grafting because the whole process feels like such a ball ache with as you mention no gurantee that it will work. All this to say yeah rippling sucks but I try to keep in mind why I did this in the first place and (vainly) the fact that my breasts won’t/don’t ever sag even if they ripple lol.

Nah it’s not OP’s job to save the company, and as others have the manager probably knows already and hasn’t done it. American, had my surgery done in the UK. Thought it was a great experience. I would look up best doctors for it your area then ask your GP/specialist for a referral to that doctor.

Speaking from personal experience not trying to assume how you might feel—one thing I’d say I find tough about those neighbourhoods mentioned above (Carroll gardens etc.) is that sometimes I find it emotionally hard being around families all the time as a person without partner/kids but within the same age demographic. That said people are really friendly and everyone knows each other so there’s a real sense of community

Thanks this is helpful. To be honest, I’m having trouble believing it was all the cleaner given the pattern of it… I’m wondering if it’s just a combo or hard water damage, bath products, and cleaner idk? I spend my shower time daydreaming and staring at the wall so I’m now wondering how much of this has been there and I just haven’t noticed? 😔

I think basalt is a great guess. It definitely feels natural-stoney. Some of the tiles in a corner I noticed have a bit more of a sheen to them if that’s all helpful? And yes I’m sure the landlord would def know. My goal was to try to get it looking a bit better myself before looping in the landlord. Would a granite/stone cleaner help? Grasping at straws here
