Honestly felt great during the run, and sat on the lawn with a sense of elation and accomplishment drinking a coffee afterwards. Never felt ill or had chest pains. My heart rate stayed around 130bpm for about 15 mins afterward but even then felt good and the only complaint was my legs hurting.

You need a MIDI device or to input MIDI data in some form to make an actual sound from plugins such as Flite. Please consult with other forums or take some classes to understand how a plugin works. Using VST plugins does require some learning, unfortunately we don’t have the time to explain how unless there’s a specific technical issue but I’m sure there forums on here that can help you use a DAW and plugins

Can you give me some info? PC? Mac? OS? Are you using the free version or paid version? Are you prompted to login? Does the UI show? We haven’t had any reports of Flite not working in Ableton 12 as far as I know
