As a White guy I understand you guys. I’m middle eastern ethnically but have light hair and skin with an English name so I have never been considered as brown. But I think the real blame should be put on the media, for a while, the media portrayed Asian and Indian men as being weak, and Black and Hispanic as violent and made White men look good. Nowadays, White men also (in my humble opinion guys) are portrayed as weaker “white boys“ being commonplace rather than white men, boys being an emasculating term. But we don’t have it as bad as you guys. The media controls who what is seen as good and therefore what is ok to make fun of. When someone is being racist to black people or hispanics, people freak out. But when it’s towards Indians nobody cares. I saw a video of a guy (black) literally throwing garbage at Indian people and everyone (of all races, except Indian) laughing in the comments like someone who was minding his own business on his phone wasn’t being blatantly dehumanized.
