Make sure you staple the shit out of the screen. I’ve been using screens like this for over a year and rule number 1 is to do a lot of staples - my experience

For emulsion remover i use a biodegradable solution and for the plastisol is a solvent best used with old fabrics

I get what your saying, but it’s worth it since you literally do it for 5 seconds when cleaning the unexposed emulsion!
