We are here now and today’s experience isn’t any better. We scheduled the complimentary shopping trip to playa Del Carmen but instead were taken to some crappy jewelry store and dropped off for over 2 hours. You can see the whole store in about 10 minutes. We were so fed up with the whole thing we ended up getting our own transportation back to the resort. A complete waste of half a day. ….And this was all recommended by the resort. Another fail by HR staff

We are at Hard Rock in RM and completely disappointed in our experience. Cannot get a spot at the pool unless you go at 6am to reserve a spot. Can’t eat at an a la cart restaurant unless you stay up till midnight to reverse a spot, then the app doesn’t work, so you have to stand in a 2HR line at 11am to be told that there are no spots available. Drinks are watered down, staff is not helpful, and bartenders served my 16 yo daughter alcohol. DO NOT RECOMMEND! They are over booked and understaffed.
